Jason Smith Director
Jason Smith, Director

As technical director with considerable experience in design, project management, building energy management and facilities management, Jason provides the team with an insight into, maximum potential energy reduction and operational benefits with minimum spend through; improved controls, commissioning and facilities management.

As a BREEAM Accredited Professional, Jason provides guidance on wide
ranging sustainability issues for our clients for new and existing facilities.

With a hands-on approach to energy assessment surveys, M&T
( Monitoring and Targeting) and renewable energy projects which often
use innovative methods of assessment and project implementation, Jason
instills a rigor throughout the team that ensures accurate assessments
that maximise client benefits.

Jonathan Culleton

As project manager responsible for efficient and timely delivery of both traditional and energy related projects Jonathan has vast experience working on live sites, tightly constrained programmes, with constrained budgets while still delivering a quality solution. Jonathan also manages the Quality Assurance Plan to maintain a high standard of design and management within the company.

Involved in numerous projects with renewable energy systems integration both in new and existing installations. Involved in low energy design solutions using environmental simulations software to maximize the energy reductions achieved for the client. Brian O'Hanrahan, Associate

An Engineering Graduate of Carlow Regional Technical college, Brian has worked with the practice since 1989, Brian has established himself as the most experienced retail sector building services designer within the office. Involved in the design & integration of renewable energy systems into various retail projects, including low energy lighting solutions, HVAC systems, refrigeration and air conditioning heat recovery systems. As an associate within the practice Brian helps to maintain the office's proficiency in adopting the latest standards and up to date product design information through management of standards databases and product research.

Raymond Breen, Senior Engineer, AssociateRaymond Breen

A Mechanical Engineering Graduate of Limerick University, Raymond has worked in the practice since 2001, and has considerable experience in both Design and Project Management; Raymond is a hands-on Project Manager and a skilled communicator with the ability to manage complex projects on site, working closely with clients and contractors to deliver the right solution.

Philip Goode
After graduating from W.I.T, Philip worked with G & T Crampton Ltd. on the high profile Georges Quay development in Dublin as a site engineer transforming a green field site to one of highest office blocks in the country.

Through his supervisory role on site Philip has in depth knowledge in relaying project details to the various project members. Philip has 7 years experience in a management role completing fast track commercial office developments as well as residential and industrial projects.

Philip has kept up to date on recent advances in green technology and renewable energy via studies in UCD where projects include feasibility studies on Micro CHP and biomass as an alternative source of fuel for
electricity generation in large scale power plants.

Gary Knox, EngineerGary Knox

A Mechanical Engineering Graduate of Carlow Institute of Technology, Gary has worked in the practice since 2008 and has experience in design using programs such as RETScreen, IES Virtual Environment and iSBEM. He has worked on a number of renewable projects within the office.
